Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. AOAC Int. 82, 883-892 (1999). HPTLC of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 on silica gel with chloroform - acetone 9:1 or the most successful alternative chloroform - trichloroethylene - n-amyl alcohol - acetic acid 80:15:4:1. Quantitation by fluorodensitometry.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 50, 521-523 (2002). TLC of deoxynivalenol on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate 2:3. Detection by spraying with 15% aluminium chloride solution in ethanol and heating for 5 min at 110°C. Visualization under UV 365 nm.
Food Control. 34, 138-148 (2013). TLC was reviewed as a fast screening methodology for the determination of deoxynivalenol (DON) showing LOD in rice of 100 mg/kg. 2D-TLC on silica gel with dichloromethane - ethyl acetate - propan-2-ol 18:1:1 and toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 6:3:1 for the first and second runs, respectively. Detection by spraying with chromotropic acid, followed by heating at 110 °C for 5 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 366 nm. The hRf values of DON were 13 and 20. Advantages and disadvantages of current methods as well as comparison with other techniques were also described for the effective monitoring and surveillance of DON and its derivatives.

Budapest Chromatography Symposium, June 13, 1985. Two-dimensional TLC on silica with 1) isopropanol - water - NH3 3:2:1, 2) isopropanol - water - triethylamine 3:2:1. Detection with orcinol-ferrichloride-sulfuric acid reagent. Partial hydrolysis of endotoxins with mild acids cleaves off non-toxic but beneficially active fragments. Fractionation of these components by TLC combined with high-voltage electrophoresis. In the first dimension TLC with isopropanol - acetic acid - water 5:1:5, followed by electrophoresis in pyridine - acetic acid - water 6:5:90 buffer.
