Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

Visualization under UV 254 nm.
Phytochemical Analysis 3, 218-222 (1992). TLC of numerous plant hormones on silica with a chemically bonded C-2 substituent using methanol - water in different proportions and containing 0.7 N NH3. Also TLC on silica impregnated with liquid paraffin and with the silicone fluid dimethylpolysiloxane. Development with aqueous methanol solvents containing NH3. Detection under UV. Systematic study of numerous cytokinins by TLC. Description of excellent chromatographic conditions for the separation of closely related plant hormones.

J. Planar Chromatogr. 17, 255-260 (2004). TLC of fourteen 1-arylpiperazine derivatives on silica gel with monocomponent and binary non-polar mobile phases and on RP-18 with binary mobile phases comprising mixtures of methanol, acetone, or dioxane (as organic modifiers) and water in a horizontal chamber after equilibration for 15 min. Detection under UV light at 254 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 23, 56-64 (2010). HPTLC of thirteen quinolines (quinoline, isoquinoline, 2,4-dihydroxyquinoline, 8-hydroxyquinoline, 5,6-benzoquinoline, 2,2’-diquinoline, 8-methylquinoline, 5-aminoquinoline, 1-ethylquinoline, 2-chlorquinoline, 6-nitroquinoline, 2,6-dimethylquinoline, 5-hydroxyquinoline) on cyano phase with different mobile phases prepared from mixtures of methanol, acetonitrile, 2-propanol, tetrahydrofuran, and dioxane with addition of buffer at different pH, ion-pairing reagents, or silanol blockers. Detection under UV light at 254 nm and by densitometric absorbance measurement at 254 nm. Improved peak symmetry was observed for mobile phases containing ion-pairing reagent. The most symmetrical peaks were obtained by use of mobile phase containing diethylamine as silanol blocker.
62nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Abstract No. F-263 (2010). TLC of desloratadine on silica gel with methanol – chloroform – toluene – ammonia 50:50:10:3. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. The hRf value was 61. The linearity was in the range of 150-750 ng/zone with r2 = 0.9997. The limit of detection was 21 ng/zone, whereas the limit of quantitation was 65 ng/zone.
