Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 31, 383-388 (2018). HPTLC of cocaine hydrochloride (1) and levamisole hydrochloride (2) on silica gel with cyclohexane – toluene – diphenylamine 75:15:10. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 230 nm. The hRF values for (1) and (2) were 24 and 48, respectively. Linearity was between 200 and 2400 ng/zone for (1) and 100 and 1200 ng/zone for (2). LOD and LOQ were 14 and 42 ng/zone for (1) and 6 and 19 ng/zone for (2), respectively. The intermediate precision was <2 % (n=6). Average recovery was 99.8 % for (1) and 99.9 % for (2).

J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 467-470 (1991). TLC of 15 heterocyclic bases and their derivatives on silica with eluents of different composition consisting of a non-polar diluent (benzene) and polar solvent (e.g. acetone, diethylamine and ethanol). Visualization with Dragendorff’s reagent.
Anal. Letters 28, 59-70 (1995). Test of IR- and 'H-NMR-spectra of 6 new 2-(alkoxy- and alkoxy-hydroxy-styryl)quinolines with antibacterial activity. TLC of 2-styrylquinolines on silica with 1) benzene - ethyl acetate 8:2, 2) benzene - acetone 9:1, 3) benzene - methanol 19:1. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent. Investigation of the relation between the quantity and spot area for quantification using a computer correlation analysis.
J. Liq. Chrom. Rel. Technol. 27, 425-435 (2004). TLC of 9 heterocyclic azophenols (e. g. azo derivatives of 2-amino-1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2,4-triazole) on RP-2 in flat sandwich chambers with a mixture of phosphate buffer solution + water (or aqueous solution of ion-pairing reagent dimethyllaurylbenzylammonium bromide, Sterinol) + methanol + acetonitrile, e. g. phosphate buffer - water - methanol - acetonitrile 4:4:12:5. Dimethyllaurylbenzylammonium bromide may be used as a counterion for chromatography of ionizable, but coloured, substances.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 56, 8050-8057 (2008). HPTLC of [2-14C]-cymoxanil in the cultures (medium and mycelium) and in the cell-free extracts of Botrytis cinerea on silica gel with hexane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 70:30:1. The most polar products were separated on RP-18 (impregnated with a methanolic solution of tetrabutylammonium bromide 70 mM and dried at 80 °C for 5 min) with phosphate buffer (0.01 M, pH 6) – methanol 11:9. Detection by autoradiography. The hRf value of cymoxanil was 35 on silica gel. Different metabolites were detected using both stationary phases.
62nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Abstract No. F-266 (2010). TLC of metformin and pioglitazone, extracted with methanol from bulk and pharmaceutical formulation, on prewashed silica gel with toluene – methanol – triethylamine 40:10:1. The hRf values of metformin and pioglitazone were 25 and 50, respectively. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 230 nm. The linearity was in the range of 100-1000 ng/band for metformin and 200-1200 ng/band for pioglitazone: the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.9958 and 0.9992, respectively.
