The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

HPTLC of newly synthesized cycloalkylspiro-5-hydantoins (derivates of 3-(4-substituted benzyl)-cyclopentanespiro-5-hydantoin, 3-(4-substituted benzyl)-cyclohexanespiro-5-hydantoin, and 3-(4-substituted benzyl)-_x000D_cycloheptanespiro-5-hydantoin) on RP-18 with varying content of methanol 50–90%. Multivariate analysis enabled the classification of the lipophilicity and structural properties of the investigated compounds.
J. Chromatogr. 363, 394-396 (1986). TLC of azines on silica with acetone, or ethyl acetate - methanol - water 5:3:1. Detection by spraying with 1 % 2-tri chloromethylbenzimidazole in acetone with or without heating at 105 °C for 1 min. Detection limits, 10-100 ng.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 38, 465-467 (1990). Analytical and preparative TLC of 2-methoxy-methyl-popyl-pyrazine on silica with acetone - hexane 1:9 and dichloromethane - ethyl acetate 6:1.
Chinese J. Instr. Anal. (Fenxiceshixuebao) 14, 73-75 (1995). TLC of the title compounds on silica with 1,2-dichloromethane - cyclohexane 1:4. Identification of the separated spots by IR. Quantification by densitometry at 288 nm.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 25 (7), 526-529 (2004). TLC on silica gel with benzene - ethyl acetate - methanol - isopropanol - conc. ammonia 20:10:5:5:1. Detection of berberine chloride under UV 365 nm. Identification by standard comparison. Quantification by densitometry at 342 nm. GC of volatile oil and HPLC of cinnamyl aldehyde. Discussion of the optimization of the extraction methods of combined ingredients of the medicine.
J. Chromatogr. 514, 45-55 (1990). TLC of 18 benzodiazepine (BZD) derivatives on CN-, diol- and NH2-bonded silica with 8 adsorption (carbon tetrachloride – ethylacetate) and 5 reversed phase ( water – methanol) eluent systems. Discussion of the correlation between the RM values of BZD and ethyl acetate or methanol concentration in the eluent, which allows the calculation of the optimum eluent composition. Recommendation of NH2-bonded silica in adsorption mode for the best separation of the compounds.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 468-470 (2000). HPTLC of alprazolam, chlordiazepoxide, diazepam, lorazepam, nitrazepam, oxazepam on silica gel with chloroform - acetone 4:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Visualization by spraying with 1% sulfuric acid and heating at 100°C for 10 min. After cooling, the plate was sprayed with 10% ammonium chloride solution and then, after 5 min, diazotized with sodium nitrite reagent and treated with N-(1-naphthylethylenediamine) in ethanol. Intense violet spots were immediately observed for ClDz, Nz, and Oz. Simple, rapid procedure.
