The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. TLC of triprolidine hydrochloride and methscopolamine nitrate using automated band application on silica gel plates with fluorescent indicator, and scanning densitometry of fluorescence-quenched zones of samples and standards. HPTLC on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - conc. NH3 17:2:3 to a distance of 6 cm for triprolidine hydrochloride and dichloromethane - methanol - 1-butanol - acetic acid - deionized water 25:10:15:15:2 for methscopolamine nitrate. Densitometry at 267 nm resp. 205 nm. Precision was 0.75% resp 1.4 5 RSD, recovery from spiked samples averaged 98.6% resp 99.4%. New quantitative method with excellent accuracy and precision, higher selectivity than spectrometry and less complex and faster than HPLC.
