The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

TLC on silica with chloroform - toluene - methanol - acetone - ethyl acetate - NH3 270:30:80:30:3 and on aluminium oxide (neutral) with toluene - chloroform - methanol - NH3 100:150:40:3. Layer thickness 1 mm. Preparative TLC is the main method used for the obtention of closely related alkaloids.

J. Liq. Chrom. & Rel. Technol. 21, 741-753 (1998). TLC of lobeline, khellin and emetine hydrochloride on silica gel with methanol - ammonia 200:3 for lobeline and emetine and with ethyl acetate for khellin. Quantitation by densitometry at 285, 250 and 239 nm, respectively. Mean percentage accuracies were 99.34%, 99.99% and 99.96% for lobeline, khellin and emetine, respectively. New simple, rapid, precise TLC procedure.
