Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Planta Medica 82(11/12), 1009-1015 (2016). _x000D_
To check the purity of six alkaloids isolated from fractions of a methanolic extract of Carapichea ipecacuanha, TLC on silica gel with dichloromethane – methanol – 25 % ammonia 186:13:1, detection with Dragendorffʼs reagent. By TLC comparison with standards (and confirmation by HPLC-MS), emetine (found to be a strong hERG potassium channel blocker) and N-methylemetine were identified._x000D_
CBS 118, 13-15 (2017). HPTLC of nicotine in liquids for electronic cigarettes (e-liquids) on silica gel Nano-ADAMANT with dichloromethane – methanol – 28 % ammonia 224:25:1 to the migration distance of 70 mm. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 260 nm. The hRF of nicotine was 38. Confirmation by overlay of UV spectra of standard and sample.
J. Chromatogr. 245, 155-157 (1982). Separation of various alkaloids derived from tryptophan by two-dimensional TLC on silica with 1) chloroform - methanol - 0 088 NH3 80:15:1 and 2) butanol-ethanol - 0.088 NH3 20:1:1. Detection with Van Urk-Salkowski reagent. Densitometry.
Part I: Chromatography with hydroxynaphthalenesulfonic acids. J. High Resol. Chromatogr. 6, 378-380 (1983). TLC of alkaloids on silica RP-2 and RP-18 with citrate buffer pH 1.5 - methanol 25:75, counter-ion: 3-hydroxy-2, 6- naphthalenedisulfonic acid (0-2 % ), citrate buffer pH 1.5 - methanol - water with different concentrations of methanol. Detection by 254 and 366 nm.
(Hungarian). (Conversions of tosyl and mesyl derivatives of the morphine group, XXIV. Reactions of morphine derivatives containing a double allyl system.) TLC on silica with benzene -methanol 8:2; staining with Dragendorff reagent; identified substances: 6-o-tosyl-14 beta-chloro-codeine, 6-o-tosyl-14beta-bromo-codeine.
J. Chromatogr. 351, 140-143 (1986). HPTLC of plant extracts containing conessine and related alkaloids on silica with ethyl acetate - hexane - diethylamine 75:24:6. Detection with Dragendorff and iodo-platinate reagents. Densitometric determination at 500 nm. Detection limit 40 ng. Data obtained were compared with those obtained by GLC and showed little difference.
