The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications

TLC of alkaloids on silica with a) cyclohexane - diethylamine 9:1, b) cyclohexane - chloroform - diethylamine 7:2:1, 6:3:1, c) methanol -water - diethylamine 15:3:1, d) ethanol - water - diethylamine 15:9:1, e) propanol -water - formic acid 12:7:1, f) methanol -diethylamine 4:1, 1:1. Detection by UV and with potassium iodoplatinate.
Americ. Lab. 16, 126-127 (1984). TLC on silica (with concentration zone) with ethyl acetate - methanol 19:1. Densitometry by absorbance at 254 nm. Precision 3.5 % for the standard, 4.75 % for cola (instrument dependent, Kontes).
Detection under UV light. Elution with 0.5 N sulfuric acid. Photometry by absorbance at 285 nm.
Chromatographia 23, 205-206 (1987). Two-dimensional TLC of carbazole alkaloids on silica and on alumina with petrol ether (40-60 °C) - acetic acid 4:1 for both directions. Visualization by UV at 254 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 7, 323-327 (1987) (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi). TLC of acetylcorynoline, 13-epicorynoline, corynoline, 11-epicorynoline, cheilanthifoline, corycavine and protopine on silica with dichloromethane - benzene - ether 5:4:0.5 for acetylcorynoline, and 7:5:2.5 for others. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 500 nm.
J. of Natural Products 51, 528-531 (1988). TLC of coronaridine, coronaridine hydroxyindolenine, voacangine, voacangine hydroxyindolenine, heyneamine, voacristine, 3-oxo-coronaridine, 3-oxo-voacangine and voacristine hydroxyindolenine on silica with ethyl acetate - benzene 1:1 and chloroform - methanol 9:1.
