The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications

Phytochemistry 30, 347-350 (1991). TLC on silica with chloroform – ethyl acetate 4:1, chloroform -ether 4:1. Elution of the alkaloids from the plate with acetone. Also preparative TLC on RP-18 silica with methanol – water 4:1. The same conditions are used for analytical TLC. Detection under UV and by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent.

Herba Hungarica 30, 109-113 (1991). TLC of hyscyamine on silica with chloroform – methanol – NH3 85:14:1. Visualization by spraying with modified Dragendorff’s reagent.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 392-396 (1991). OPLC of 81 alkaloids with ethyl acetate. Detection under UV 366 nm and after spraying with either Dragendorff’s reagent or iodoplatinate reagent. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 540 nm) after spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent.
