Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 18, 78-84 (2005). HPTLC of alkaloid standards (boldine, berberine, emetine, glaucine, codeine, laudanosine, narceine, narcotine, noscapine, papaverine, protopine, tubocurarine, atropine, hyoscyamine, scopolamine, quinine, cinchonine, brucine, yohimbine, strychnine, caffeine, novocaine) on silica gel with a variety of aqueous and nonaqueous mobile phases. Location of spots under UV light at 254 nm. Densitometry at 254 nm. Systems with the best selectivity and efficiency were used to separate alkaloid standard mixtures and plant extracts by 2D-TLC (e. g. methanol - water 4:1, containing 1 % ammonia, in the first direction and methanol - acetone - diisopropyl ether - diethylamine 15:15:69:1 in the second direction).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 21, 187-189 (2008). HPTLC of colchicine on silica gel with ethyl acetate - acetonitrile - water - formic acid 16:2:1:1 in a twin-trough chamber saturated for 10 min. Quantitation by densitometry at 358 nm.
Pharmazie 64, 415-416 (2009). TLC of the pyrrolizidine alkaloid lycopsamine and the guaianolide cumambrin B on silica gel with dichloromethane - methanol - 25 % ammonia 85:14:1. Detection see A. R. Mattocks, Detection of pyrrolizidine alkaloids on thin-layer chromatograms, J. Chromatogr. 27, 505-508 (1967).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 28, 126-132 (2015). TLC of 17 morphine derivatives on RP phase with 3 different mobile phases, (1) methanol - 0.02 M ammonium hydroxide, (2) methanol - 0.7 M ammonium hydroxide, and (3) methanol - 0.02 M acetic acid. In each case, the individual mobile phases contained 30-90 % (v/v; in 10 % increments) of methanol as an organic modifier. Detection by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. RP-TLC can be used for the characterization of the lipophilicity of semisynthetic derivatives of morphine.
Microbiol. Res. 192, 114-121 (2016). TLC of vincamine indole alkaloids from Nerium indicum on silica gel with mixtures of petroleum ether – ethyl acetate 1:8, 1:4, 1:2 and 1:1. The hRF value for vincamine indole alkaloid was 56.
Solanum species used as ‘Brihati’ and its market samples using a validated high-performance thin-layer chromatography method
J. Planar Chromatogr. 31, 421-428 (2018). HPTLC of solamargine in Solanum species on silica gel with dichloromethane ‒ methanol ‒ 2.5% aqueous ammonia 75:25:2. Detection by dipping into anisaldehyde sulfuric acid reagent, followed by heating at 110 °C. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 540 nm. The hRF value for solamargine was 15. Linearity was between 25 and 300 ng/zone. LOD and LOQ were 1 and 4 ng/zone. The intermediate precision was <2 % (n=3). Average recovery was 101.2 %.
Hungarica 53, 49-55 (1983). Densitometrische Methoden bei der Untersuchung von Morphin in Mohnkapsel Extrakten. (Densitometric methods for the investigation of morphine in poppy-heads.) TLC of morphine on silica with a) acetone - NH3 9.1; b) toluene - acetone - ethanol - NH3 40:40:6:2. Detection by UV or by spraying with 3 % FeCl3 solution in methanol, 50 % H2SO4 and heating for 7 minutes at 100 °C. Densitometry.
Phytochemistry 23, 2501-2503 (1984). TLC of lacinilenes, scopoletin and cadalene derivatives on silica with chloroform - acetone - formic acid 80:19:1, acetonitrile-chloroform 4:1 and hexane - ethyl acetate - methanol 60:40:1. Detection by UV. Fluorodensitometric quantification (excitation at 366 nm).
