The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC of 8alpha- and 8beta-ergoline carboxylic acid esters on silica with benzene - acetone - 25 % NH3 30:20:0.1, benzene - acetone - 25 % NH3 30:20:0.1, chloroform - ethanol - triethylamine 90:10:5, benzene - dioxane - ethanol - triethylamine 50:40:10:5. Detection by UV 254 nm or spraying with 0.5 % -p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde solution in cyclohexane.
Acta 67, 2017-2022 (1984). Milde alkalische Hydrolyse von Acomitin. (Mild alkaline hydrolysis of aconitine.) HPTLC of aconitine and its hydrolysis products on silica with cyclohexane - chloroform - ethanol - diethylamine 4:4:1:1. Detection with Dragendorff reagent or UV for the benzoylaconitine derivatives. Isolation of the compounds by PLC on silica (same solvent as for analytical HPTLC or aluminium oxide with chloroform - ethanol 19:1.22)
Shanghai 1st. Med. Coll.(Shanghai Diyi Yixueyuan Xuebao) 11, 284-287 (1984). (Chinese). (Evaluation of total alkaloids in Chinese traditional drugs fen fang ji by TLC-spectrophotometric method.) TLC of tetradrine on silica with methanol - chloroform 1:5. Detection by UV. Quantification by spectrophotometry of methanol - eluate at 282 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 338, 259-263 (1985). TLC of piperine on silica with petrol ether (60-80 °C) - acetone 65:35, in the dark at +-24 °C. Detection under UV. Quantification by densitometry in fluorescence at 310 / 390 nm. Calibration curves were linear.1-4 mg. Recoveries 95-100 %.
(Study of the glycoalkaloid content in potato hybrids with resistance to potato nematodes Globodera rostochiensis and Globodera Pallida). Biochemie und Physiologie der Pflanzen 182, 473-479 (1987). TLC of glycoalkaloids on silica with chloroform - methanol - 1% NH3 2:2:1 (lower phase). Detection by spraying with antimony trichloride and heating for 10 min. at 85 °C.
Phytochemistry 27, 1713-1717 (1988). TLC of alkaloids on silica with toluene - acetone - methanol - 28% NH3 28:10:2:0.5 or ether - chloroform - methanol 10:7:4. Detection with ceric ammonium sulphate. Densitometry by absorbance at 226 nm. Also prep TLC.
J. of Medicinal Chemistry 32, 674-678 (1989). TLC of desacetylvinblastine, vinblastine and metabolites on silica with benzene - methanol 5:1. Detection under UV 254 nm and by spraying with Dragensdorff’s reagent.
