Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Coll. czechoslov. chem. comm. 48, 1910-1921 (1983). TLC of adenine derivatives on silica with a) 2-propanol - NH3 -water 7:1:2, b) chloroform - ethanol 95:5, c) chloroform - methanol 9:1, 3:2. Detection by UV Fluorometry.
J. Chromatogr. 604, 261-265 (1992). Investigation of the methylation rates of uracil, 5-fluoro-, 5-chloro-, 5-bromo-, 5-methyl-, and 5-nitrouracil, and their N'- and N3-methyl derivatives by TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 5:5:3. Densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 27, 120-123 (2014). HPTLC of azathioprine on silica gel with methanol - toluene - 25 % ammonia 70:30:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 285 nm. The hRf value for azathioprine was 63. Linearity was in the range of 20-120 ng/zone. The intermediate/interday/intra-day precisions were below 1 % (n=6). The LOD and LOQ were 6 and 20 ng/zone, respectively. Average recovery was 98.7 %.
J. Chromatogr. 410, 226-229 (1987). TLC on chiral plates with methanol - water - acetonitrile 50:50:30-400. Detection under UV 254 nm. Discussion of the resolution of the enantiomers with different percentages of acetonitrile.
J. Chin. Herb. Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 24, 467-468 (1993). TLC of adenosine on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - isopropanol - water 16:4:12:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by spectrophotometry at 256 nm after elution.
J. High Resol. Chrom. 20, 456-458 (1997). HPTLC on silica with dichloromethane - ethanol - NH3 28% 180:17:3. Quantification by densitometry at 275 nm. Determination limits for caffeine, theobromine, theophylline were 2 µg/mL.
J. Chromatogr. 580, 293-323 (1992). Discussion of 32p-postlabelling technique as a human carcinogen - DNA adduct biomonitoring method, involving enzymatic preparation and labelling of DNA samples, followed by TLC and HPLC separation of carcinogen - nucleotide adducts from unadducted nucleotides. Use of both synchronous fluorescence and HPLC in conjunction with 32p-postlabelling and TLC to confirm the identity of specific carcinogen DNA adducts in human samples.
Biomed. Biochim. Acta 42, 1045-1054 (1983). Several TLC systems were used: 1) Adsorption TLC on silica with ethanol - 1 M ammonium acetate (pH 7.5) 5:2; 2) adsorption TLC on polyamide with acetonitrile-5O mM ammonium acetate (pH 3.0) 87:13; 3) anion exclusion TLC on Dowex-resin/silica sheets with 1 M HCl; 4) anion exchange TLC on Dowex 1/silica. The nucleobases, nucleosides and nucleotides were separated by a three step development with 1a) acetonitrile-50 mM ammonium acetate (pH 3.0) 87:13, 1b) 50 mM ammonium acetate (pH 3.0), 1c) 500 mM ammonium acetate (pH 4.5). Drying of the plates between the steps. Development of anion-exchange TLC on PEI-cellulose with 1.6 M LiCl, water or 0.15 M ammonium formate, or on DEAE-cellulose with 0.03 M HCl.
