Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Acta Chimica 113, 443-458 (1983). TLC of 4-0-acetyl-2,5-anhydro-6-azido-1-(4,5-dicarbo-methoxyl-2,3-triazolyl)-1,6-dideoxy-3-0-methyl-sulfony-L-iditol; 3-0-acetyl-2,5-anhydro-1,6 bis (4-carboxanido-5-amino-1,2,3-triazolyl)-1,6-di-deoxy-L-iditol on silica with a) CCI4 ethyl acetate 1:2 or 1:3, b) dichloroethane - ethyl acetate 1:1 or 5:1, c) ethyl acetate. Detection by spraying with 0.1 M KMnO4 -1 M sulfuric acid 1:1 and heating at 105 °C.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 25 (3), (1994). TLC of allantoin on silica with methanol - acetone - formic acid - water 40:2:1:6. Detection by spraying with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in ethanol. Densitometry by absorbance at 445 nm.
CBS 113, 9 (2014). HPTLC of caffeine in energy drinks (applied neatly without sample preparation) on silica gel MS-grade with 2-propanol – n-heptane – water 7:3:1. Detection under UV 254 nm and by dipping into anisaldehyde reagent. Quantitative evaluation by absorbance measurement at 273 nm. The hRf of caffeine was 55. For confirmation of results, zones were eluted with the TLC-MS Interface (acetonitrile – water 19:1 with 0.1 % formic acid, flow rate 0.1 mL/min) and directly transferred to a mass spectrometer and measured in ESI(+) full scan mode (m/z 100 – 500).
Biologically active compounds from the marine sponge Geodia baretti. J. of Natural Products 51, 1277-1280 (1988). TLC of nucleosides on silica with ethanol - NH3 (25%) 8:2 or chloroform - methanol 1:1. Visualization under UV 254 nm and 366 nm; also by spraying with ninhydrin or vanillin-sulfuric acid.
J. Chromatogr. 612, 277-285 (1993). Two-dimensional TLC of deoxy-deazapurines (deaza-dNMPS) on polyethyleneimine-cellulose. Detection by 32P-labeled cold DNA, and scintillation and laser densitometry.
J. Chromatogr. B 706, 149-156 (1998). TLC of cyanocobalamin derivatives on silica gel with 2-butanol - acetonitrile - water 143:1:56. Identification by using Rf values in comparison to retention times in RP-HPLC.
J. Chromatogr. 614, 245-251 (1993). Investigation of the suitability of RP-18 TLC for enhancement of adducts in the 32P-postlabeling assay, for structurally diverse classes of DNA adducts derived from benzo[a] pyrene, 2-acetylaminofluorene, benzoquinone, sarfrole, and mitomycin C. Retention of adducts to C18 phase followed by elution with organic solvent - water. Comparison of adduct recoveries with those obtained by nuclease P1 and butanol methods.
