Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Quantitative determination of TLC-separated enantiomers. GIT Suppl. Chromatographie 3, 27-32 (1987). By means of nine examples (D-Phe, tert.-leu, 5, 5-dimethyl-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid, O-Bzl-Ser, L-4-iodophenylalanine, L-he, L-tyr, L-methyldopa, D-leu-L-leu) is demonstrated, that the quantitative determination of TLC-separated antipodes is a useful method for daily routine process in any laboratory. The resolution of the enantiomers is excellent, the respective antipodes could be evaluated at trace levels, the limit of determination is found to be at or above 0.1 %. In comparison to the "classical methods" GC and HPLC, TLC offers separation in parallel runs.
Synthesis and uterotonic activity. Polish J. of Pharmacology and Pharmacy 40, 331-335 (1988). TLC of Boc-O-methyl- L-threonine and Boc-L-threonine on silica with 1-butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5, upper phase, 1-butanol - acetic acid - water - pyridine 15:3:3:10 and ethyl acetate - pyridine - acetic acid - water 240:20:6:11.
Polish J. of Pharmacology and Pharmacy 41, 97-102 (1989). TLC on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5 (upper phase), butanol - acetic acid - water - pyridine 15:3:3:10, chloroform methanol 7:3. Visualization with ninhydrin or iodine vapor.
The salting-out behaviour of some peptides with aromatic groups. J. Chromatogr. 626, 301-304 (1992). Study of the adsorption behavior of some aromatic peptides on cellulose. discussion of the "double" salting-out effect of tryptophanyltyrosine and ditryptophan, and the slope of the plot of RM vs. salt concentration and the increase in the number of amino acid residues.
Synthesis and incorporation of the sulfur-containing aromatic amino acids: L-(4'-SH) Phe, L-(4'-SO2 NH2) Phe, L-(4'-SO3 Phe and L-(4'-S-CH3). Phe. Helv. Chim. Acta 66, 1355-1365 (1983). TLC of protected amino acids and AT-peptides on silica with isopropanol - NH3 3:1, butanol- 0.05 M ammonium acetate 2:1, pH 7.0, butanol- acetic acid - water - pyridine 30:6:20:12 and on KC18 reversed-phase plates with 0.5 M ammonium acetate with 40 % acetonitrile and 7 % isopropanol. Detection by UV, ninhydrin for amino acids and Pauly reagent for AT-peptides.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 6, 2635-1645 (1983). OPTLC of glutathione and 23 amino acids on silica with phenol-water 7:3, containing sodium dodecyl sulfate. Detection with ninhydrin.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. 7, 112-114 (1989). Presentation of a mixed layer made up of silica and microcrystalline cellulose suitable for TLC separation and quantitative analysis of amino acids, nucleosides, organic acids and saccharides, etc. with several separation examples.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 453-457 (1994). HPTLC separation of some a-amino acids on commercially available reversed phase TLC plates treated with a derivative of 4-hydroxyproline as chiral selector. The chromatographic behavior of ternary mixed-ligand complexes of a-amino acids can be described by an equation used in reversed phase chromatography. For some organic solvents there is a linear relationship between RM values and the volume fraction of modifier.
