Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 18, 67-72 (2005). TLC of trans-resveratrol (trans-3,5-dihydroxystilbene), semicarbazide and dimedone (as standards) on silica gel using different mobile phases; OPLC on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 10:1. After drying bioautographic detection by immersion in the bacterial suspension of Pseudomonas savastanoi for 25 s. Visualization with MTT either after a short draining period or after overnight incubation.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 21, 55-59 (2008). HPTLC of glucosamine on amino phase with methanol - ethanol - 25 % ammonia 1:1:1 in a saturated chamber. Detection by heating at 160 °C for 10 min. A Tidas TLC 2010 system was used for direct spectrophotometry of the HPTLC plates. Averaged glucosamine densitograms in the wavelength range 305 to 330 nm were obtained from the spectra.
J. Pharm. Sci. & Res. 2(2), 143-148 (2010). TLC of salbutamol sulphate (SS), bromhexine hydrochloride (BH), and etofylline (ET) in fixed dose formulation on hand-made silica gel plates with methanol – n-hexane 2:1. All three compounds were well separated with hRf values of 25 for SS, 71 for ET and 91 for BH. Detection at 254 nm as well as by exposure to iodine vapors. For spectophotometric quantification the bands of the selected drug in sample and standard mixture were scraped off, suspended in methanol, and the absorbance was measured at the maximum absorbance wavelength of each compound.
CBS 112, 9-11 (2014). HPTLC of sibutramine on silica gel with toluene - methanol 9:1 with chamber saturation for 20 min, developing distance 70 mm. Quantitative absorbance measurement at 225 nm. A polynomial calibration curve was established in the working range of 78-3022 ng. Intermediate precision was between 2-9 %. The hRF of sibutramine was 53. The recoveries were between 96-104 %. For confirmation the sibutramine zone was eluted from the plate with the TLC-MS Interface and identified by MS. Among 52 tested commercial slimming products 26 were adulterated with sibutramine.
J. Chromatogr. 437, 59-82 (1988). TLC of 54 amines on silica with benzene and benzene - ethyl acetate - acetone 100:5:1. Detection by spraying with N-chloro-2,6-dichloro-P-benzoquinone monoimine in buffered alkaline medium. Identification of several imprecisely defined products. Establishment of theoretical correlations between chemical structures, Rf values and colors of spots.
Acta Chimica 128, 819-822 (1991). TLC of bulgaramine on silica with dichloromethane – ethanol 10:1. Visualization under UV or by exposing to iodine vapor.
J. Chromatogr. Sci. 33, 383-385 (1995). Study of the TLC behavior of 27 aromatic amines on silica and silica impregnated with aqueous solutions of various Na salts, i.e. chloride, hydroxide, nitrate, nitrite, acetate, sulfate and H phosphate, etc., and with cyclohexane - benzene 1:4. Comparison of results on silica with those on impregnated silica. Discussion of the effects of the nature of substituent groups and the number of C atoms in the molecule on the mobility of amines.
J. Liqu. Chromatogr. 23, 2653-2668 (2000). HPTLC of dansyl derivatives of putrescine, cadaverine, spermidine, and spermine on silica gel with chloroform - triethylamine - polyoxyethylene-10-lauryl ether 8:4:5, light protected. Quantitation by fluorodensitometry at 338 / 502 nm. Sensible, sensitive, precise and accurate procedure.
