Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chromatographia 15, 665- 666 (1982). TLC of substituted ureas, e.g. BCU, CCU and BCHU with chloroform - acetone 7.1, ether - hexane 7:3, chloroform - acetone 3:1. Detection by UV 254 after elution.
J. Chromatogr. 286, 371-379 (1984). TLC of Dns-polyamines on silica with ethyl acetate - cyclohexane 2:3. Detection by UV.
J. Chromatogr. 555, 315-320 (1991). TLC of five sulfonamides on silica with ethyl acetate – butanol – methanol – aqueous NH3 35:45:15:2. Detection by spraying with fluorescamine. Quantification by fluoro-densitometry at 366/>400 nm. Detection limit, less than 0.44 ppm for the 5 compounds with confidence level of 99%.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 283-294 (1998). Examination of the retention of different groups of model substances - 16 phenols, 12 amines, 6 quinoline bases - on polar adsorbents - silica gel, alumina, and Florisil - developed with isoeluotropic eluents. The DRM (Dlogk, selectivity) parameters for different substituents of the compounds were compared as parameters of the energies of adsorption of the various chromatographic systems. The DRM values for substituents were correlated with their reactivity constants.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 31, 819-827 (2008). TLC of MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, ,ecstasy’) and impurities on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - acetonitrile 5:2:3. Detection under UV 254 and 366 nm after drying the plates at 110 °C for 15 min.
International Journal of PharmTech Research 2(3), 1376-1379 (2010). TLC of brimonidine tartrate on silica gel with methanol - 25 % ammonia 40:1 with chamber saturation for 20 min. The hRf value was 52. Quantitative determination by densitometry in absorbance mode at 250 nm. The method was linear in the range of 200-1200 ng/band. The intra-day and inter-day precision, as %RSD, was in the range of 0.7-1.8 % and 0.9-1.8 %, respectively. The mean recovery (by standard addition) was 99.7 %.
Food Control 90, 249-258 (2018). HPTLC of tyramine in the bacterial strains isolated from kung-som on silica gel with chloroform – diethylester – triethylamine 3:2:1. Detection by spraying with isopropanol – tri-ethanolamine 4:1. The fluorescent dansyl derivative was visualized under UV light.
Planta 175, 82-90 (1988). TLC of senecionine N-oxide, senecionine, agmatine, arginine, spermine, spermidine, ornithine, putrescine, citrulline and polyamines on silica with chloroform - methanol - 25% NH3 - pentane 82:14:2. 6:20 and acetone - methanol - 25% NH3 40:30:20. Detection under UV 254nm.
