Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-49, (2008). HPTLC of alfuzosin hydrochloride on silica gel with toluene - methanol - triethyl amine 15:5:1. Densitometric evaluation at 245 nm. Linearity was in the range of 5-400 ng/spot. The method was stability indicating (acid, alkali, oxidation, dry and wet heat and photodegradation). The compound was stable to oxidation and alkaline degradation. The hRf value of the main zone was 63, and of additional zones 10 and 33. The method could effectively separate the main drug from the degradation products.
62nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Abstract No. F-371 (2010). TLC of milnacipran on silica with n-butyl acetate – chloroform – glacial acetic acid 1:2:2. The hRf value was 25. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 220 nm. The results by an RP-HPLC method were comparable.
CBS 115, 11-12 (2015). HPTLC of lysergic acid amides (ergot alkaloides) on silica gel with dichloromethane – methanol (or isopropanol) – triethylamine 9:1:0.002 with chamber saturation for 20 min to a migration distance of 70 mm. Evaluation under UV 254 nm and 366 nm. Densitometric evaluation by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. Target zones were directly eluted with methanol (with 1 % formic acid) to an ESI-MS and detected in positive ionization mode._x000D_
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 127-132 (1991). HPTLC of pyrazinamide in human serum on silica with ethanol - benzene 15:185. Densitometry by absorbance at 269 nm. Detection limit 1 mg/L, CV = 3% with best results between 5 - 100 mg/L. Precision and accuracy of TLC method was comparable to an also performed HPLC method. The advantages of TLC were speed and simplicity.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 123-126 (1998). Determination of the lipophilicity and specific hydrophobic surface of thirteen amido esters of ethanolamine by RP-TLC on silica gel impregnated with a 15% solution of paraffin oil in dichloromethane. Development with water - methanol mixtures. Regular retention behavior was observed for compounds studied, their RM values decreased linearly with increasing concentration of methanol in the mobile phase. Visualization under UV 254 nm.
J. High Resol. Chromatogr. 5, 581-582 (1982). HPTLC of serotonin (as benzoylamide), 5-hydroxytryptamide (of arachidic, behenic and lignoceric acid) on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 4:3. Detection by dipping in Gibbs reagent. Fixation of the blue spots with 5 % aq. NH3 in methanol. Fluorometry.
Med. Industry (Yiyao Gongye) 16, 21-22 (1985) (Chinese). (Detection of free salicylamide in o-ethoxybenzamide by TLC.) TLC of salicylamide on silica with chloroform - ethanol 8:1. Detection by UV. Quantification by comparison with standard. Detection limit 2000 ng. Semiquantitative assay
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 324-325 (1993). HPTLC of amino alcohols and amines after derivatization with Marfey's reagent (1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrophenyl-5-L-alanine amide) on RP-18 silica with methanol - water mixtures 8:2; 7:3; 6:4; 5:5; 4:6. Detection under UV.
