The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

Phytochemistry 31, 2155-2157 (1992). Isolation of a new ß-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene from the root bark of Celastrus rosthornianus by prep. TLC on silica with acetone – benzene 1:4. Final purification on RP-18 plates with methanol – water 4:1. Detection under UV.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 45, 221-226 (1997). TLC of g-gurjunene and oxidation products (monoepoxides and diepoxides resp. their diols) on silica with pentane - ether 3:7. Visualization under UV 254 nm and/or sulfuric acid spray reagent (5% solution of sulfuric acid in ether) followed by heating at 100°C.

Planta med. 70, 166-170 (2004). Analytical TLC of acetyldihydrohelenalin, methacryloyldihydrohelenalin, acetyl-, methacryloyl-, isobutyryl-, tigloyl-, 2-methylbutyryl-, and isovalerylhelenalin on silica gel with n-pentane - diethyl ether 1:3. Detection under UV light at 254 nm.
Planta med. 68, 822-826 (2002). TLC of ß-amyrin stearate, ß-amyrin eicosanoate, ß-amyrin docosanoate, and erythrodiol fatty acid esters on silica gel with n-hexane - dichloromethane 4:1, and dichloromethane - methanol 19:1. Visualization under UV light at 254 and 366 nm and by spraying with 1 % vanillin - 5 % sulfuric acid reagent followed by heating at 100 °C. Also TLC of xylose and glucose with i-propanol - water 17:3 and detection with p-anisidine phthalic acid reagent.
