HPTLC of taxol and related compounds (cephalomannine, 10-deacetyltaxol, 10-deacetyl cephalomannine) as dansyl derivatives on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - toluene - triethylamine - methanol 9:6:4:3:1. Quantification by densitometry at 254/>440 nm. The linearity ranges of the calibration curve of the fluorescent derivatives were 20-200 ng with regression coefficients greater than 0.99. Recoveries were 95.70-104,30% and the RSD were less than 4.5% for all the compounds by using the same overall procedure.
