Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 29, 165-175 (2016). HPTLC of 15 steroid and phenanthrene derivatives on silica gel, RP-18 and CN phase with five binary mobile phases (acetonitrile – water, acetonitrile – dimethyl sulfoxide, acetonitrile – methanol, acetone – petroleum ether, and acetone – water). Quantitative structure‒retention relationships analysis showed the chromatographic behavior of the tested compounds.

TLC of oleanolic acid on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 24:8:1. Detection by spraying with 5% phosphomolybdate reagent and heating at 110°C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 625 nm. TLC of ecdysterone on silica with ethyl acetate - ethanol 4:1. Detection by heating at 125°C for 3 min. and spraying with 20% sulfanilic acid reagent and vanillin - acetic acid - sulfuric acid 0. 5:50:1. Quantification by densitometry, at 435 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 267-269 (1991). HPTLC of testosterone on silica with benzene – hexane – ethanol. Detection by spraying with 0.005 m 1,4-dihydrazinophthalazine in sulfuric acid – ethanol 1:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 400 nm). Detection limit 0.125 µg% plasma testosterone and 1 µg/1000 mL 24 h urinary testosterone. Simple, sensitive, selective, rapid TLC procedure.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 341-345 (1993). Use of color slide films for the selection of appropriate filters and exposure data. Color prints are then made with color negative film using the previously optimized condition. With this method the number of photographs can be limited to one of each chromatogram. TLC of steroids (hydrocortisone, prednisolone, mesylate, hydrocortisone acetate, and spironolactone, trenbolone acetate, hydroxyprogesterone caproate, pregnadienolone acetate oxime ) with benzene - ethyl acetate 1:1.
