The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. TLC of phospholipids on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 65:25:4, and chloroform - acetone - methanol - acetic acid - water 50:20:15:10:5. Detection by spraying, with molybdenum blue reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 700 nm. Derivatization also by spraying with 3 % copper acetate solution in 8 % aqueous phosphoric acid and heating at 140 °C for 20 min. Densitometry at 450 nm.

      Quantification of the phosphorus content of each fraction by colorimetry after reaction with perchloric acid. 5 different developing conditions were used with soybean lecithin and egg yolk lecithin etc. The repeatability and the reproducibility of the determination were acceptable for the lecithins.
