The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Chinese J. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yaoxue Zazhi), 25, 164-166 (1990). TLC of asthol, imperatorin, bergapten, xanthotoxin on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate 9:1. Detection under UV. Quantification by densitometry at 322 and 249 nm. Comparison of the results with those obtained by HPLC.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 15, 28-33 (2002). OPLC of formaldemethone (formaldehyde-dimedone adduct) on silica gel with chloroform - dichloromethane 5:12, of dimedone with acetone, and of choline and betaines with iso-propanol - methanol - 0.1 m sodium acetate 20:3:30. Semi-preparative TLC for isolation of formaldemethone was performed on silica gel. Detection under UV 254 nm. Densitometry at 525 nm.

HPTLC of (1) lawsone, (2) methylene-3,3'-bilawsone, and (3) lawsone methyl ether on silica gel with n-butyl acetate – chloroform – glacial acetic acid 60:40:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 280 nm. The hRF values for (1) to (3) were 23, 15 and 36, respectively. Linearity was between 5 and 15 μg/zone for each substance. The intermediate intra-day and inter-day precisions were below 2 % (n=3). The LOD and LOQ were 200 and 600 ng/zone for (1) to (3), respectively.
