Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 24, 529-533 (2011). HPTLC of fluconazole (2-(2-difluorophenyl)-1,3-bis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-propanol) on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - ammonia - diaminoethane 170:20:10:1. Quantitative determination by densitometry at 216 nm. The hRf value was 40. The %RSD for repeatability and intermediate precision were 1.6 and 3.1 %, respectively. The mean recovery was 99.1 %.
J. Chromatogr. 342, 458-464 (1985). TLC of pindolol on silica with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 75:20:5. Detection by a) dipping into 4 % paraffin in cyclohexane, b) spraying with o-phthaldialdehyde reagent and heating at 40-50 °C for 10 min. Quantification by fluorescence densitometry. Nadolol was used as the internal standard.
J. AOAC Int. 81, 44-50 (1998). TLC of propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, glycerin and sorbitol on silica gel with toluene - acetone - NH3 5 M 1:17:2. Detection at high concentrations of DEG (6% or more in glycerin) visually by transmitted daylight, at lower concentrations visualization with an iodine/starch stain. Simple, inexpensive and rapid TLC procedure.
CBS 107, 11-12 (2011). HPTLC of tiliroside on silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid - acetic acid - water 100:11:11:27 + 1 % heptane. For quantification determination by densitometry in absorbance mode at 315 nm. For side component analysis detection by spraying with natural products reagent and evaluation under UV 366 nm, and by spraying with anisaldehyde reagent followed by heating for 15 min at 90-125 °C and evaluation under white light. The presence of relevant side components (e.g., coumaric acid, kaempferol and glucose) could be excluded.
(Detection of diethylene glycol in wine). Determination of diethylene glycol on silica with acetone - 5 N NH3 - chloroform 8:1:1 as eluent; detection: 5 % potassiumdichromate solution in 40 % sulfuric acid. Detection limit: 10 mg DEG/L.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 18, 263 (1998). TLC of curcumol on silica gel with benzene - methanol - acetic acid 79:14:7. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. Identification by comparison with the standard. Comparison of the separation with that achieved by a previous procedure.
