Analysis of the plates at room temperature by a computer-controlled double beam spectrometer. HPTLC/SERRS spectra were measured in a typical 90° scattering arrangement. - General result of the new method for preparing SERRS active surface using silver colloidal spheres deposited on HPTLC spots: By using this simple and inexpensive activation method, chromatogram spots can be identified directly in a relative short time. Detection range: nano- to picograms.
