Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Fresenius Z. Anal. Chem. 321, 556-558 (1985). Description of sequential centrifugal layer chromatography (SCLC), a new technique for preparative separation of isomers and other substances. TLC of 5 bipyridyl isomers on silica with 1.9 % tetrahydrofuran -1.59 % dioxane -1.39 % methoxyethanol -95.12 % hexane. Detection by UV 254 nm.
(Chinese). Chinese J. Chromatogr. 6, 24-26 (1988) (Sepu). Brief description of several techniques used in TLC of complex natural mixtures, including „hole-linear“ development, layer modifications, ionpair TLC, in situ derivatization, and others.
Alteration of spot profile in displacement thin-layer chromatography. Chromatographia 27, (1989).Investigation of the migration of spots in displacement development on silica. Study of the use of spacers and carriers. Demonstration of the effects of the presence or absence of the additive substances in the carrier.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 6-9 (1990). HPTLC separation of 24 pesticides with the AMD-technique. Two 20-step elution gradients based on dichloromethane and on tert butyl methyl ether were tested. Using HPTLC silica gel layers of 100 µm instead of 200 µm and reducing the running distance increments from 3 mm to 1 mm, both sensitivity and speed of the procedure were increased. Scanning by adsorbance at 200, 220, 240, 260, 280 and 300 nm (multiwavelength).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 210-215 (1990). Optimization procedures for displacement chromatography are outlined. Planar chromatography is suggested as means of predicting optimum stationary and mobile phase for displacement development in HPLC. The application of preparative scale thin-layer chromatography is demonstrated.
Chinese Anal. Chem. (Fenxi Huaxue) 19, 1347-1351 (1991). Description of a simple device adapted both for continuous and stepwise gradient development with some application examples.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 10-13 (1995). Description of an apparatus suitable for high pressure TLC. The functioning of the device is based on the principle of overpressured layer chromatography (OPLC). The apparatus consists of flat, ground stainless steel blocks, containing a water cushion system, mounted in a hydraulic press. Mylar film or stainless steel foil was employed as the water cushion membrane. With stainless steel foil leak-tightness was up to 500 bar. The performance of the apparatus was demonstrated by chromatography on a 20x20 cm TLC plate. A final pressure drop of 140 bar was recorded.
Rheum tunguticum Maxum ex Balt. Rheum Officinale Baill, and Huzhang, Polygouum Cuspdatum Siehet Zuce in Danning pills.) (Chinese). J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 17, (4), 16-18 (1995). TLC on silica with 1) petrol ether - hexane - ethyl formate - formic acid 10:30:15:1; 2) ethyl acetate - methanol - water 200:33:27. Detection under UV 254 nm. Study also by using separation - reaction - separation technique.
