Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Detection by spraying with 1 % mercury nitrate, and 0.2 % diphenylcarbazone. Discussion of selecting the optimal system by a stepwise combination method.
Anal. Chem. 59, 2424- 2428 (1987). Use of 2 functions as separation criteria for evaluating 28 solvent systems in the separation of each of 100 subsets of either 6 or 10 steroids. Discussion of the probability of variation and the influencing factors.
J. China Pharm. Univ. (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao) 19, 62-64 (1988). Micellar TLC of acetylsalicylic acid and chlorpheniramine on silica with mobile phase containing sodium dodecyl sulfate and Tween 80 or ß-cyclodextrin in aqueous solution. Detection under UV.
Labo 21, 7-12 (1990). Description of an additional method for quantification in planar chromatography offering qualified quantitative analysis before, with or instead of HPLC with one or many samples simultaneously. The instrumental requirements can be compared with HPLC.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 199-200 (1990). The distinguishing feature of the new design is that instead of using the distributor as applied by Soczewinski, a shallow eluent reservoir is used; its level is close to the level of the chromatographic plate. Development is started by shifting the chromatographic plate in the direction of the eluent reservoir so that it comes into contact with the eluent on a narrow zone. In the reservoir the eluent forms a vertical meniscus between the bottom and the cover plate which, during development, shifts in the direction of the cover plate; the eluent is exhausted completely, so solvent consumption is minimal. Publication annotated as CBS references 67017 and 67018 are based on the same device.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 221-228 (1992). Study of zone width, zone separation distance, and resolution in unidimensional multiple development TLC for solutes of different Rf, using different numbers of successive developments and different development distances. Zone separation distance and resolution are strongly influenced by the solvent entry position. Experiments were performed with test mixtures of PTH-amino acids, equilenin, 17a- and 17ß-estradiol, estrone, 1-nitronaphthalene, benzo(e)pyrone, fluoranthene, biphenyl.
Part. 1. Planar electrochromatography on non-wetted thin-layers. Chromatographia 38, 83-87 (1994). Description of planar electrochromatographic separations of test dry mixture on non-pre-wetted TLC plates. Studies of the behavior of different layers and solvents in an applied electric field of up to 2000 V cm-1. Evident electrokinetic effects, electromosis and electrophoresis were observed only on silica gel and polyamide layers developed with polar solvents. Reproducibility, within 5%.
