Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 463-466 (1993). Thermogravimetry for studying the distribution of different TLC impregnating reagents, such as paraffin oil, n-octanol, a quaternary ammonium compound (tricaprylmethylammonium chloride, TCMA), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), and boric acid on silica gel layers.
J. Chromatogr. A 1183 (1-2), 179-185 (2008). Ultrathin layer chromatography (UTLC) with a 10 µm thick monolithic silica sorbent layer provides fast separations with low limits of detection and reduced analyte and solvent volumes. Production of UTLC plates with controllable nanostructure and thickness. The separation characteristics of the layer depend on the nanostructure of the film. Layers made with in-plane anisotropic nanostructures exhibit a decoupling effect, where the analyte spots do not develop in the same direction as the solvent front moves. Discussion of the possibility of application in multi-dimensional TLC by added layer morphology and material selection.
J. Chromatogr. A 1218 (19), 2636-2647 (2011). Presentation of theoretical backgrounds, development, examples of separations, constructional details and principle of action of devices of pressurized planar electrochromatography (PPEC). Description of the development mode in respect of operating variables (composition of the mobile phase, pressure exerted on adsorbent layer, mobile phase flow velocity, temperature of separating system, etc.) influencing separation efficiency (kinetic performance, repeatability, separation time), and the advantages of PPEC such as high kinetic performance, short separation time and different separation selectivities, especially relative to conventional TLC, and its challenge as well.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 39, 257-263 (2016). Gradient TLC of a mixture of 10 dyes on RP-18 with methanol in buffer pH 3. Development in a new designed chamber that enabled to perform gradient elution with one void volume of the mobile phase and did not require the special procedure of chromatographic plate preparation._x000D_
Budapest Chromatography Symposium, June 13, 1985. Separation of serum neutral lipids and cholesterol ester on silica with toluene - CCl4 1:3 and toluene. Separation of phospholipids with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid - acetone - water 30:9:4:2.5:2.
J. Chromatogr. 355, 211-220 (1986). Reversed-phase charge-transfer TLC of 1-phenyl-2-nitro-3-acetoxy-prop-1-ene on 5 % paraffin-impregnated silica using water - methanol 1:1 with and without dissolved amino acids or glutathione (pH value has no significant effect on the interaction). Detection under UV 254 nm and by ninhydrin method. Evaluation by densitometry at 510 nm.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. 6, 244-246 (1988) (Sepu). TLC of seven antiepileptics on silica with chloroform - diisopropyl ether - ethanol - NH3 20:20:5:3. Investigation of the influence of the activity of the adsorbent. Optimization by selecting proper preconditioning solvents, adjusting preconditioning time and employing suitable developing chamber configurations.
