Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. Sci. 23, 101-105 (1985). TLC of more than 30 compounds from ethoxy phenols, steroids, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, phenothiazines, sulfonamides, p-hydroxy benzoic acid esters, dipeptides on RP-2, RP-8 and RP-18 and diphenyl modified silica with different solvents. Results: retention and development times increase with longer chain lengths. Diphenyl and RP-2 show similar selectivities.
J. Hiqh Reaol.Chromatogr. 10, 177-180 (1987). Preparation of RPTLC plates with a mixed silane phase (octadecyltrichlorosilane and cyanopropyltrichlorosilane). Separation of benzo(a)pyrene, benz(a)anthracene, phenanthrene with acetonitrile - water: 80: 20.
J. Chromatogr. 409, 377-382 (1987). TLC on glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane-treated silica with dichlorome thane - hexane 1:1. Measurement by densitometry. Discussion of the chemical reactivity of the siliceous matrix in glycidoxypropyl-functionalized silica.
Bunseki (J. Jap. Anal.) 6, 470-471 (1989). A review with 5 references on the determination of optical purity by NMR and HPLC, and on TLC separation of optical isomers based on octadecyl-silylated silica impregnated with chiral copper complexes.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 61-64 (1990). Comparison of a newly synthesized organic TLC support (“aminoplast”) with cellulose and starch for the separation of amino acids when using the same mobile phase. The normal-phase partition/retention mechanism of cellulose and starch has been demonstrated on aminoplast layers. The role of the type of additional substituents on the amino acid molecules with respect to their retention was observed. Due to its different chemical structure (a carbamide - formaldehyde oligomer), aminoplast shows a lower polarity compared to cellulose and starch.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 99-102 (1992). HPTLC of a range of polar and ionic glycine, sulfate, and glucuronide conjugates and their aglycones on silica and diol-bonded silica using solvent systems based on chloroform containing varying proportions of methanol. Detection under UV 254 nm. The diol phase behaved in general like deactivated silica, and appeared suitable for normal phase TLC of polar ionic conjugates.
Jap. J. Chromatogr. (Kuromatogurafi) 14, 36-37 (1993). Evaluation of titania microbeads as a support material for TLC. Preparation of the titania TLC plates by spraying the slurry of titania gypsum particles suspended in water on glass plates and heating at 110 °C for 30-60 min. Use of the plates to resolve structural isomers of various aromatic compounds.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 462-466 (1996). TLC of 10 sulfonamides (sulfacetamide, sulfathiazole, sulfadicarbamide, sulfacarbamide, sulfadimethoxine, sulfadimidine, acetazolamide, sulfoguanidine, sulfafurazole, sulfanilamide) on plain polyamide or polyamide impregnated with metal salts (Zn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Mn(II), Cu(II), Cr(III), Fe(III)), developed with solvent mixtures containing different concentrations of ethanol (modifier) in ethyl acetate or acetone. Experiments were performed in a horizontal chamber. Detection under UV at 254 nm or by spraying with 4-aminobenzaldehyde reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm. The modification of polyamides with metal salts changes the sorption properties of the absorbent.
