      J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 439-444 (1996). TLC on alumina of eighteen diastereoisomers of type RO2C-CH(Br)-CH(Br)-CO2R was studied with eighteen mobile phases, selected by computer on the basis of Snyder theory, with eluent strength in the range 0.140-0.180 and significantly greater variation in localization, RM, and polarity. The relationship between Rm and log Nb data was in agreement with the Soczewinski equation.
