Update Information for VideoStore 2.30/3.00

Please note that the VideoStore functionality of driving the HV-C20 3CCD Color Video Camera has been implemented into winCATS and compliance with 21 CFR part 11 is possible only in conjunction with winCATS!

VideoStore 2.30/3.00 offers the following new features

  • A "User login" feature has been implemented. The current user name is saved with the image information and printed in the report (GLP request).
  • Printing from VideoStore has been improved with a print preview and two new hard copy formats:
    a) Print image with full report (two pages)
    b) Print image with summary (format of VideoStore 2.25 and earlier) and
    c) Print image only
  • Double clicking on a .cfg file will start VideoStore and go live with the selected configuration set.
  • When cropping an image (ROI) the frame showing the cropped region cannot be moved or re-sized. When the child image is again cropped the ROI of the raw data image will be changed to show the new child image.
  • A number of minor problems have been eliminated:
Annotation properties are saved between sessions
The integration time of the HVC-20 camera will restore correctly from configuration and the slider range has been improved
The current camera is now pre-selected in the list of the select camera dialog

The on-line HELP system has been improved

Basically yes, but depending on what you want to do: Images can be saved from VideoStore 2 on a network and called up by Treasury from any computer but the automatic detection of new images via "DDE-Transfer" works only if Treasury and VideoStore both are active on the same computer. Treasury does not allow several users to access or edit the database simultaneously.

How can I check the VideoStore system (validation)
CAMAG has issued SOP's for performing IQ/OQ. The OQ SOP can be used for the annual check. See IQ/OQ guidelines or ask CAMAG for additional information.
